Founded in 2018 by a team of passionate tech professionals and educators, CodeCyprus began with a simple mission: to bridge the gap between traditional education and the rapidly evolving tech industry in Cyprus.
What started as a small coding bootcamp with just 15 students has grown into Cyprus's premier programming education center, serving hundreds of students each year and partnering with leading tech companies across the island and beyond.
Our growth reflects the increasing demand for quality programming education in Cyprus. As the local tech ecosystem continues to expand, we remain committed to preparing our students with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in this dynamic industry.
Our Journey
2018: The Beginning
CodeCyprus founded in Limassol with one course and 15 students. Our first Web Development Fundamentals course was launched with a focus on practical, hands-on learning.
2019: Expansion
Added two new courses: Full-Stack Development and Mobile App Development. Moved to a larger facility to accommodate growing student numbers and expanded our team to include more instructors.
2020: Going Digital
Launched our online learning platform in response to the global pandemic, allowing students from all over Cyprus and beyond to access our courses. Developed comprehensive career support services.
2022: Industry Partnerships
Established formal partnerships with tech companies in Cyprus to provide internship opportunities and job placements for our graduates. Hosted our first annual tech conference in Limassol.
2024: Recognition
Recognized as Cyprus's leading programming education provider. Celebrated over 500 graduates successfully placed in tech roles. Expanded our course offerings to include specialized tracks in AI and data science.
2025: Today and Beyond
Continuing to innovate in tech education, with plans to open a second location in Nicosia and develop new courses to meet emerging industry needs. Committed to fostering the growth of Cyprus's tech ecosystem.
